At Escape Limerick, we're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused GameMasters to join our team.
As a GameMaster, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll welcome teams, set the scene for their adventure, guide them through their escape room experience, provide hints when needed, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile. Whether it's families, friends, corporate teams, tourists, or birthday parties, you'll play a key role in delivering an experience they'll be talking about long after they've escaped.
We're looking for people who:
- Love interacting with customers and making people feel welcome
- Have a positive, outgoing personality
- Are reliable, organised, and able to think on their feet
- Enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in hospitality, retail, tourism, entertainment, or customer service is a bonus, but attitude and personality are what matter most. This is a part time, flexible role.
