Limerick's newest professional performing arts venue. A 510 seat venue in Mary Immaculate College on the South Circular Road, Limerick. The Lime Tree will play host to the best in local, national and international performing arts. Managed by Louise Donlon, the venue opened officially on Tuesday, October 30th 2012. The Lime Tree Theatre Limerick Limited is a registered charity.

Ray Bubbles is bringing his soap bubble extravaganza back to Limerick, to the Lime Tree Theatre this July. An International Bubbleologist and Guinness World Record Holder, he is on a mission to master the art of bubble-making and create the ultimate square bubble!

The Ultimate Bubble Show promises a whirlwind of excitement and surprises, as Ray uses different gases to craft stunning bubble sculptures, effects, and magical displays. Prepare to be amazed as Ray creates a volcano bubble, a soap bubble carousel, a bubble ghost, and even a tornado inside a bubble!

A Country Night in Nashville is coming to Lime Tree Theatre June 10th!

Recreating the scene of a buzzing H***y Tonk in downtown Nashville, perfectly capturing the energy and atmosphere of an evening in the home of country music. Taking you on a journey through the history of country, and featuring songs from its biggest stars both past and present. Hits from Johnny Cash to Alan Jackson, Dolly to The Chicks, Willie Nelson to Kacey Musgraves, are showcased by the fabulous vocals and musicianship of Dominic Halpin & The Hurricanes.

With songs including Ring Of Fire, Crazy, Follow Your Arrow, It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere, Need You Now, 9-5, and The Gambler to name just a few, this incredible celebration of country music is a night not to be missed.
