We are thrilled to have chef Tom Flavin on stage again with his Cookery demo at 3pm upstairs in the Milk Market (accessible via lift). Having food and cookery demos at a garden festival is a logical extension and a great addition. Tom will be showcasing the use of organic, local and fresh seasonal produce as well as proteins from local suppliers linked to the Milk Market in his cookery demonstration.
