I'm constantly drawn to the water in nature but up until recently I've never felt like i can do it justice in painting.

Not that I'm a master now but I have released my own courage and curiosity from eternal prison of judgment. And that allowed me to engage in experiments I would normally avoid.

This painting is a consequence of those experiments. More to come!

I have started working on a New Collection of small paintings. This will be a 14 paintings set of Irish Coast and they will all be released in one go once the whole set is finished.

The first two are done and you can now see them here.

The whole set will be part of a new project that will hold a permanent spot on my website. This will be my way of giving back to the community of people that I've been a part of for the last 20 years, and will always be priced below e100.

So if you see something you like and would love to have it, keep an eye out for any news and messages on my socials.

"Acoa Stranded", 20.5 x 15 inch oil on canvas

This was a totally random project that I've put on my easel earlier this year and all thanks to my friend, Carlos, who took the picture.

I saw it on his Instagram profile and immediately wanted to paint it. The boat's history and how it ended up on Majorca's coast is a bit controversial if you start reading into it.

At almost 30ft, this yacht got stranded on the coast of Mallorca last December. Turns out if has many "owners" that decided not to save it and left it abandoned on the spot.

Last I heard its still there because the costs associated with getting ot back into the water is just too high.

Zuzia has just been given her whiskers back!

Now finally finished will dry and go straight to framer for fitting. And then on my gallery wall.

Zuzia was my companion for 10 years and has passed away in last September. Faithful, loving, caring soul is now on the other side 🌈

Gathering reference material is one of the most important parts of the painting process 😜
No better way to do it than taking a walk and snapping pictures!
And if the weather allows, the walk could last hours...
Today was a beautiful day.and I could not help myself. I had to leave the house or I would go crazy. And it was worth it!
From Killylastin to Coolboy, stunning views from left to right. Hard to decide which scenes are most worth it so I just went all in! Haha
