And we’re off! I’ve finally found the time to put this together for ye — a little look back at our first session of the year on January 5th with regular Paul Mulligan and his bandmate Michael “The Hog” Casey.

We recorded an acoustic version of Hold On and also laid down a brand new track, Bye Bye Lullaby, with yours truly jumping in on guitar.

Loved every second of it — a cracking way to start the year — and I can’t wait to get back to work with Paul again in April.

Alanna completed her first album of covers for her charity CD in aid of Quest.

Quest support people who have suffered from head injuries and strokes and were amazing when supporting someone close to Alanna.

Having suffered a head injury myself at the age of 18, I was keen to support this effort and donated myself.
