6 hours of patience, passion, and precision. 🙉
There is something magical about creating decorations from scratch. Every element on this cake was handmade using wafer paper. Each petal was shaped with love and an obsession with detail to ensure it looks as natural as possible. Covered in elegant royal icing, this project represents my heart and soul in baking.

Details make the difference. !!!!

Handmade lion sculpture for Kingspan.
This lion was completely hand-crafted using marshmallow and rice crispy then carefully sculpted and detailed with royal icing.
A lot of patience, passion, and love for sugar art went into this piece.
