Independent Irish Whiskey Bonders. Bottling Each Adventure in Cooraclare, Co. Clare

11/09/2026

The Bonder’s Bar X P.Frawley’s Bar Lahinch

The Bonder’s Bar with a twist—we traded our wheels for our pop-up setup in Lahinch!

We had a fantastic weekend bringing the bar to for the Walker Cup, and it was great to celebrate such an incredible win for the GB&I team!

Massive thank you to everyone who dropped in to toast the golf with us—we loved serving up delicious cocktails, catching the fantastic action, and soaking up the brilliant atmosphere all weekend long.

What a weekend of world-class golf and even better vibes!

As the August evenings begin to soften

We gather, we pour, and we share the fruits of our travels
The world is wide, but the best adventures always lead back to the farm
Sláinte from Cooraclare

25/08/2026

We travel the world to find these casks, but we live to unpack them here

Throwing open the rackhouse doors to let the fresh Clare air meet our global library of wood
A direct line from the hand that sourced the cask to the glass in yours
Sharing the journey, one barrel at a time

20/08/2026

August afternoons are built for lingering

There is a specific magic when the late summer sun cuts through the quiet of our rackhouse
Drawing wh***ey straight from the wood, capturing a moment of pure, liquid gold
A library of flavor, tasted at the source

18/08/2026

To taste our wh***ey is to map our journeys

A Spanish sherry cask, a Kentucky bourbon barrel, blended with West Clare intuition
You don’t need a passport to experience the world
Just a glass, and a seat at our table

13/08/2026

Generations of quiet industry on the Mc Guane family farm
We don’t just bond wh***ey here; we preserve a way of life
The whitewashed walls of our 17th-century barn have stood the test of time
Steeped in history, alive with flavor

Kentucky. Montilla. Cooraclare

Every cask we hand-select on our travels ultimately makes its way here
Resting on our clay floors, breathing in the damp, salty Atlantic air.
The world's finest oak, quieted and matured by home

The world brought back to West Clare

Our travels take us to faraway bodegas and distant rackhouses, but this table is where the adventure settles
