Yesterday Kilmuckridge Drama Group lost a great friend and member. With a history of over 50 years of drama in our Village there has always being one constant connection in the form of Billy Mac. As others came and went Billy was always there to welcome the new and say goodbye to the old. Today Billy, we say goodbye to you.
Over the years you have been an inspiration to everyone that’s being involved in theatre in Kilmuckridge, you kept us lit you gave us advice but most of all you were a friend to all that knew you.
As the curtain comes down on your life Billy we will all remember the time spent in your company and we will cherish the memories. Rest in peace Billy, you always looked down on us while lighting our shows and you will continue to look down on us just from a little bit father away.
Our thoughts go out to your wife Ann and to your sons Kevin, Brendan, Richard and Niall.
