It's being a Beautiful day for Nature Camp...so far we have made art, visited the river, taken the pony for a splash, splashed ourselves and each other, collected wild garlic and played in the sand 🥰🪻🎉🌸🪷🐎

We got a big response to the May Day weekend camp, and, as a result have decided to add additional dates - May 9th and 10th (also between 10am and 1pm).

We are again keeping the numbers very small so that the morning is not overwhelming and remains person-focused.

May Weekend Farm Camp!

As we move into spring time, we are facilitating a farm camp on May Day weekend🌳🐸 🐎🎨🖌️🌺

The two day camp, geared towards children aged 6 to 16 will be a practical and engaging experience combining art activities with time spent on a working farm.

Reflecting the spirit of May Day as a time for fresh starts and creativity, the two days will include hands-on art sessions alongside supervised interactions with the farm’s ponies, including exploring riverside and woodland trails and learning how to feed and lead the ponies in our all-weather arena.

Children will also have the opportunity to draw, paint, and create using a range of materials, while also learning how to safely spend time around the animals.

The weekend camp is inclusive and facilitated by a CORU registered practitioner.

With a balance of structured activities and outdoor play, the camp provides a supportive environment where children can build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy time in nature!

Like previous camps, we are keeping the numbers small, with a maximum of 5 participants per day. This in order to ensure the camp is comfortable and not overwhelming.

The two day programme, which is 60 euro per day per child takes place between 10am and 1pm on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May.

There's been lots happening on the farm! We are almost finished six weeks with our amazing social farmers, had a wonderful time facilitating The Reverie Tree Workshop with Imagine Arts Festival and are planning more workshops for next month! 🎨
