We’re delighted to be continuing our collaboration with West End House School of Arts on a very special initiative. A fully funded Acting Scholarship Programme for young people aged 15-18.
Now midway through its 10-week course, the programme is giving a small group of participants from underserved communities the opportunity to develop acting and writing skills, build confidence through performance, and work towards a professionally recorded monologue - all in a supportive, inclusive environment at West End House.
One student shared: “It’s the only place I’ve ever felt like I belong.”
Alongside training, participants will receive professional self-tapes, headshots, mentorship, and a certificate of completion, with a celebration event planned at the end to share their work with family and friends.
A really special project focused on giving young people space to explore their voices through storytelling.
