29 joined us this morning at Clarisford Park, Killaloe for our weekly bit of social exercise. A good few of our regulars were involved in the Boru Tri Club triathlon at Two mile Gate, volunteering and taking part, hope ye had a great time.
Carl led everyone home, pushed hard by Oliver who managed a new pb for his effort.
Emily running her first ever parkrun led the women home, congratulations, the first of many parkruns..
We had five first timers join us today, Gareth, joining us from Gorey, his third attempt at running with us, first woman Emily, Liam, Anne from Scotland via Dublin and Ger. Hope you enjoyed your morning with us and hope we see ye again some time.
Seven of you managed new pb's, well done Baden, Daniel, Gillian, Oisin, Michael, Feilim and Oliver.
We had two milestones, Anne running her 250th with us and Baden running his junior 10th, well done.
Thanks to our volunteers, Ann, Mike, Cian, Juli, Diarmuid and Gareth, we couldnt have parkrun without our volunteers, so have a look at our roster for the next few weeks and help us out.
