The National Reptile Zoo is Ireland's only dedicated reptile zoo!! With over 50 exhibits, our fully indoor facility provides hours of fun for all ages! With animal encounter sessions throughout each day, you're guaranteed to meet some scaly friends and make memories that last a lifetime! We also have a play area and indoor/outdoor picnic areas too! Each month, Zoo Director James Hennessy will introduce you to one of the incredible animals that calls the National Reptile Zoo home. Along the way, he’ll share fascinating facts and bust some common myths too.

This month we’re shining a spotlight on the leopard gecko, a lizard species native to the Middle East and South Asia.

We have over 150 animals and 60+ species to discover here at the National Reptile Zoo, from alligators and tortoises to toads and pythons! 💚
