We are based in Kildare town and meet weekly between September & June on Tuesdays in St. Our aims are to foster a love and enjoyment for musical performance, to promote the wellbeing of the members and positive community spirit through inclusion and to strive for excellence through public performance.

Our 'Summer Songs' concert tickets will be available in kildare town parish office from tomorrow 11th June.

Tickets are limited, so purchase early, to avoid missing out on what's sure to be a beautiful evening of music and joy!

The raffle proceeds on the night will be donated to Breast cancer research, a very worthy cause.

Following the huge success of our sold out Christmas Concert, St. Brigids Community Choir are excited to announce our Summer Concert date!! This will be one to add to your calendar!

With just 4 weeks to go, our choir are busy rehearsing and perfecting our repertoire.

In a stunning secret location in Kildare town, soon to be revealed, we hope to delight our audience with some beautiful melodies!

St. Brigid’s Community Choir Kildare town was established in September 2017 at St. Brigid’s Primary School with an aim of developing and building on the great community spirit of the parents and grandparents of that school. 
Focused on bringing people together while supporting local community and charities the choir has now grown to include members of the wider community. New members are always welcome.

Christmas 2025 saw performances at the Christmas Celebration of St. Brigid’s Primary School and at local nursing homes but the highlight must be the sell-out concert at the beautiful Solas Bhríde venue in aid of Teach Tearmainn. As the only dedicated domestic violence support service in County Kildare, the choir is very proud to present a generous €1,560 raised on that occasion to Teach Tearmainn.

Rehearsals take place each Tuesday evening at St. Brigid’s Primary School (R51XY30) from 8-9pm under our very talented Musical Director/Pianist, Mr. Niall Mulpeter  - New Members are always welcome.

If you were disappointed to have missed our fabulous show in December, you now have an opportunity to see us, as guest performers on this special night at Kildare Town Community School.

Tickets are €10, available in Kildare town heritage center.

All proceeds going to KTCS.

Wow!!

What a month for St. Brigids Community Choir!đź’«

From our show stopping, sell out performance in Solas Bhride, to joining St.Brigids Primary school for their Christmas celebration in the Parish Church Kildare, and not forgetting our beautiful afternoon in Ashley Lodge nursing home! It has been a fun and eventful December!

A big thankyou to all of the support we have received from our community.
