‘His Left, Her Right’ is multidisciplinary collaboration between dancer Karen Gleeson, writer Philip St John, director Matthew Ralli and clown performer Michael McCabe, with actors Molly Mew and Shadaan Felfeli, and dancers Michelle Cahill and Fionnuala Doyle-Wade.

Inspired by the personal experiences of the chief collaborating artists, this development project explores physical trauma: the pain and often lengthy period of recovery, but also how it can inspire creativity and growth.

It is with great sadness that today we say goodbye to a dear friend and much loved and respected member of the Speckintime family, Rowena Cunningham. Rowena was there from the very start, designing costume and set for the company's inaugural show The Art of Wedlock in Chancery Lane. She went on to design costume for four other Speckintime premieres: Deeds of Deceit, Temptress, The Restoration of Hope and more recently Dáil100. She was always positive, an ingenious problem solver and a wonderfully talented artist. Theatre has lost a true treasure and we will miss her terribly.

Great to work with writer Philip St John on some development of his new play - The Occupant. Here is a reading of the first scene. Sit back and listen to the audio, or watch the supportive images too. It’s new Irish suburban gothic.
