Alison Garvey Paper Designs Each piece is handmade by me with love! Why quilling I hear you ask? I had always enjoyed making things with paper as a child and I started to google paper art. x

I am an Irish paper artist creating pictures with paper and glue using a technique called quilling which involves rolling, coiling, folding and generally manipulating paper strips to make a detailed picture. Well, there I was in lockdown, going slowly nuts and needing a distraction from all the doom and gloom. I came upon quilling and decided to give it a go and I LOVED it and ended up whiling awa

y many, many lockdown hours making pictures and trying out new designs. When I'm working on a picture, I get completely lost in what I'm doing and forget about everything else. I hope you enjoy my creations and thank you for your interest!
