Creativity and Self-Development Courses in Ireland and online. My name is Lorelai Ivy Dali.

I am a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, writer, artist and teacher, but most of all – the student of spiritual side of human nature and seeker of the Light. In my professional practice I focus on using inner child work and creativity for self-development, healing past traumas, spiritual growth and guiding you towards your True Self. My best qualities are strong intuition, empathy and kindness.

My artistic journey was inspired by attending Vedic Art courses that opened me up to my creative side and helped me connect to my more authentic self-expression. Since 2012 I've been teaching Vedic Art courses and art workshops and creating my Art from the Heart, besides my main job of being a therapist. During the years I've found my own way to help people transform and express which resulted in The Creative Way Method of healing through art. My latest creation are Trauma Healing Guidance cards filled with photos of my paintings and supportive messages and tools to help those in need become free from the shadows of the past.

Introducing The Creative Way to Self-Awareness Method 🥳

The Creative Way to Self Awareness Classes are a course of 10 workshops designed by Lorelai I. Dali. The sole purpose of the programme is to bring intelligence of creation to your daily life through fun and easy arts & crafts exercises. But don't be fooled - there is a deep meaning to each exercise in order to help you become more self-aware, more mindful, more confident and live your life more consciously.

If you think you're not artistic or have no talent - these classes will prove you wrong! Each of us has an inner need to express ourselves and be true to who we are. The art is a medium that will show you how you can do that!

The classes work best if taken as a whole 10 week course but you can also choose to attend specific classes only.

Introduction price for all 10 classes is €300 (prepaid in advance) or €35 per class if taken separately.

All materials are included (unless specified).
