One more day...

After a month of running and cycling through heatwaves, torrential rain, long days, rough nights and thousands of Dublin streets, Seanie and Alicja are coming to the end of their campaign.

If you can, get out tomorrow morning and run a few streets with them, cheer them on, or just say hello. Keep an eye on Seanie and Alicja’s Instagram accounts for updates on where they are and how to join in or donate to help those without a home.

After weeks of running and cycling Dublin street by street, Seanie and Alicja are getting very close to the finish line.

If you’re anywhere around Dublin, get onto the live tracker, see where they are and go join them this week!

4,400 streets in total, that’s around 2,500 km with over well over 1,500km done already. Up to two marathons a day. Sleeping rough throughout August.

All in support of Focus Ireland, Liberty Soup Run and Dublin Homeless Awareness.

When I met Seanie and Alicja yesterday they were fairly banjaxed tbh. Not surprising, as they have already covered 1,500 km over the past few weeks.

They spent most of the day finishing off a few straggler streets in North Dublin, knowing they still had to get to the Southside to meet people for more running. I think a can of WD40 might have come in useful for the joints. But some coffee and magic food got them going.

It was also a bit ironic parking right beside a huge bathroom shop that was closed, especially as finding loos is probably pretty high up there in the logistics nightmare of this challenge.

Then they were off… buoyed by a few mates joining them, with the chats carrying the legs on.

Run Seanie Run } Ultra Runner is working his way through all 4,400 streets of Dublin, with Alicja Pilarska alongside him, raising funds for Focus Ireland and . And he is sleeping rough.

There may be a little chaos along the streets of Dublin at the moment but what and are doing is genuinely mind boggling.

Throughout August, Seanie is attempting to run all 4,400 streets of Dublin, a challenge of up to 2,500 km, running distances of up to two marathons a day and sleeping rough each night.

It is a completely superhuman feat of endurance, supported every day by Alicja on foot, bike or van and a growing crew of friends, runners and supporters.

And behind the challenge is a very serious purpose: raising funds and awareness for people experiencing homelessness through:

Happy World Photography Day 📸

This is an old favourite of horse being exercised on the beach near Mont-Saint-Michel, France. I was following them on my camera and couldn’t believe my luck when they stopped to look out to sea. A gorgeous sight in such an historic location.

They’re still trucking! Another 81km covered today. And that's just today. Day 11 of huge distances, day after day, with plenty more to do.

It’s quite hard to comprehend the endurance involved, for both Run Seanie Run } Ultra Runner on foot and Alicja Pilarska keeping up with it all on the bike.

The Phoenix Park early morning, amazing place and a refuge for so many.

Misty grass and pink sunrise. An incredible and unique place to have in a city.

Was up early yesterday to meet Run Seanie Run } Ultra Runner and Alicja Pilarska on their huge August challenge and awareness campaign and fundraiser for the homeless 4400 Streets and Nowhere to Go with Focus Ireland Liberty Soup Run and

Seanie is running all 4400 streets of Dublin 80-100km a day while sleeping rough.
