A pleasure to be here Galway tonight to celebrate it's 30th birthday, amongst many artists, makers and supporters of theatre in Galway. Fregoli have had a long relationship with the townhall with our first show Tape here in the Studio (2008), we had many more in the studio including Disco Pigs (2010), Home (2012), Breathing Water (2011) with two shows on the main stage, Pleasure Ground (2015) the Mike Diskin Bursary show, and You Could Be Us (2017).
We want to acknowledge the staff of the townhall, and also the loss of Mike Byrne for whom there was a gathering here a few nights ago may he rest in peace. Everyone from front of house, to the tech and bar staff, shout out to Fiona, and to Fergal McGrath and the late Mike Diskin have always done their best for us. Thank you and Happy Birthday. Go raibh mile maith again agus Comhgairdeachas. 🙏🌟💚

Week 2 of CCTA at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival!

We're opening up Week 2 with five CCTA plays taking the stage:
The Polar Bears by Nicolas Billon
All Its Tainted Glory by Georgina Escobar
Ranger by Yvette Nolan
A Little Green by Charly Evon Simpson
Snowflake’s Special by Kevin Matthew Wong

"Day 5: Storm Floris hit parts of the UK on Monday at the speed of over 100 mph. It plunged many homes into darkness, trains were cancelled and other services were attacked. Here, in Edinburgh the intensity was down by several mph and loss was restricted to missing hats and scarves. The storm has moved on but at Venue 13, the winds of change continue to blow."

Events: August 1st-23rd at 4pm EVERY DAY except Mondays!

You won't want to miss this month of incredible climate theatre and community! Get your tickets here: https://www.venue13.com/ccta2025/
