It’s a wrap! ✨

Our 4M Dance Off was absolutely amazing, and the feedback has been even better than we could have imagined!

Every group brought their very best to the stage, and the incredible energy from our audience gave us that extra push to make the night truly unforgettable. We had so much fun, and we couldn’t be more proud of our dancers, instructors, backstage team, volunteers, and of course, our wonderful audience who cheered us on every step of the way.

On that stage, we left our passion, love, hard work, and even a few tears of happiness. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this show so special. We are beyond proud, deeply grateful, and already looking forward to what the future will bring.

We wish you all a fantastic summer break filled with joy, adventure, and well-deserved rest.

While we’re counting down the days (and minutes!) until we step on stage, our dancers are working hard to make sure every detail is perfected and every performance shines.

The dedication, passion, and energy in the studio are incredible, and we can’t wait to share it all with you on show day!

We are appealing for help from our community 🙏
We understand that the housing crisis in Ireland is affecting so many people, and it’s not possible to help everyone. But if anyone is in a position to offer any support, we would be incredibly grateful.
We know two families in urgent need:
• One family of three (mother and two daughters)
• One mother and daughter
They have been forced to leave their homes and moved 80km away from their community. As a result, they have lost their jobs, schools, and daily support systems.
They were given only two weeks’ notice, and their current accommodation is available only until May 8th.
Despite sending many enquiries, they have received no replies. At this stage, they are looking for anything — even one room per family — as renting a full house is simply unaffordable in the current market.
If you know of anything at all, or can help in any way, please reach out. Even sharing this message could make a difference.

We are on the way home from the Spectrum Competition in Dublin with our amazing dancers from Cool Kidz, Power Mix, and Sis Power. We couldn’t be more proud of all the crews- once again, they left their hearts on the dance floor.

We’re coming home with incredible results:

🥈 2nd place – Sis Power
🥉 3rd place – Cool Kidz

We are beyond proud to share that our hip-hop groups MPower and Cool Kidz will officially represent Ireland at the World Dance Cup Finals this year! ✨

This is an incredible achievement for our dancers, who have worked tirelessly, shown commitment, passion, and true love for dance every single week. To see them reach this level and earn the chance to perform on an international stage is something very special for all of us.

This year, the World Dance Cup Finals are being hosted here in Ireland, which makes this experience even more exciting and meaningful. However, despite it being on home soil, there are still significant costs involved, including entry fees, costumes, rehearsals, and other competition expenses.

We would love to support our dancers, their families, and our studio in making this opportunity as accessible as possible. That’s why we are asking for your help.

Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards helping our dancers take part in this unforgettable experience. Your support means more than just financial help- it shows our dancers that their hard work is seen, valued, and worth supporting.

We are so proud to shine a spotlight on one of our incredible dancers, Victorija ✨

This year, Victorija made the brave decision to step out of her comfort zone and take on a new challenge- competing as a soloist. Watching her grow week by week has been truly inspiring. With every class, she’s gaining confidence, improving her skills, and most importantly, coming out of her shell.

Her dedication and progress don’t just inspire other dancers, but us as instructors as well. It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do 💛

We cannot wait to see her take the stage and show everyone how far she’s come! This is only the beginning!

What an incredible week for our dancers! ✨
Last week, we proudly took part in the World Dance Cup qualifiers, competing with Dynamics (Vanessa and Amanda), a contemporary solo (Amanda), and five hip-hop groups (Cool Kidz, Power Mix, Triplex, Mpower, Sis Power)🔥

We are beyond proud of every single dancer for their hard work, dedication, and amazing performances on stage. You all truly shined!
A huge congratulations to our hip-hop teams! We are thrilled to announce that all five groups have qualified to represent Ireland at the World Dance Cup Finals this summer! 🇮🇪🔥 What an achievement!

Our lyrical duo and contemporary solo may not have qualified this time, but they performed beautifully and gave absolutely everything on stage. The level of competition in their categories was incredibly high, and they should be so proud of themselves- we certainly are ❤️
Well done to all our dancers and teachers! Your passion, strength, and commitment inspire us every day. The journey continues! 💫

Our incredible 4M dancers brought the energy, the smiles, and ALL the good vibes to this year’s Galway Parade!

We were so proud to join the Polska Szkoła w Galway / Polish School in Galway, Galway Stronger Together and Wośp Sztab Galway- wow, did our kids shine! ✨ From start to finish, they lit up the streets with their passion, positivity, and even sweet treats for the lovely people of Galway 🍬

What a day, what a vibe, what a team!
