Welcome to Episode 3 of Writers Greenroom, with special guest, writer and actor, Adam Lawrence. The conversation covers Adam seeking autonomy through writing, dealing with rejection, how he managed to secure a rehearsed read of his debut play 'Let it Lie' in the West End, and the experience of developing his first feature-length screenplay through the BFI Early Development and Development Funding programmes.

Adam also shares how he cajoled his way into successfully auditioning for the role of Pete Best in the Brian Epstein biopic, Midas Man (2024).

Wendy and Conor discuss TV series Riot Women and The Death of Bunny Munro. Conor shares poetry by Caroline Bird, Aideen Henry and Mary O'Malley. All delivered with the usual anecdotes and segues.
