Champions!

Are you missing your fix of live music? Well tonight, you can enjoy the beauty of The Open Mic from the comfort of your own home!! ❤️❤️

The absolute legends will be streaming live on their social media platform from 9PM, showcasing performances from Open Mic regulars and local artists. It's going to be so much fun, and a beautiful way for us all to reach out and connect with each other despite our physical distance at the moment.

If you want to join in, enjoy some fantastic music and show support to this wonderful idea, all you have to do is head over to Open Mic Night at Róisín Dubh at around 9PM and tune in to their live stream. Bear in mind that this is their first time doing such a thing, so be patient. Spread the love!

As a number of our choir members are based outside of Galway city, with the presence of Storm Jorge we've decided to postpone tonight's gig at The Blue Note Galway in the interest of everyone's safety.

Apologies to anyone who was planning on coming along, we promise that it won't be long until we get another date together. Lucky for us, the folks at the Blue are PURE SOUND! Peace and love everyone and stay safe! 🥰🥰

Look at us with our foncy ort work. 💃💃💃 Now that its worked and we've gotten your attention, we would like to let it be known that we've got a gig coming up and we want YOU to come along for the craic! Kicking off the final night of the month long celebration that has been taking place at the The Blue Note Galway for the launch of Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture we'll be taking to the stage at 8pm singing some of the sweet songs we've been working on for the past few months and giving a few cheeky winks to any particularly good looking audience members. (Look, yer a great looking crowd, we can't help ourselves!)

Once we finish up, we'll head to the bar as Mr Deejay Cian O Ciobhain takes to the decks to blast the choons that are sure to inspire some of the best dance moves in Galway that night. If you're around for the night, be sure to pop in and say hello and give us a wave. Whenever you find us in our natural habitat, you can be sure its to going to be a great night out! Having trouble hitting those high notes? No problemo! Our top tip - hop up on the tables and you'll soon be singing as sweetly as Mariah Carey! 🎵🎶🎵 Great fun as always this evening as we practiced and perfected our fantastic repertoire of funky choonage. Next gig is Feb 29th in the Blue Note to kick off the celebrations for it's birthday... who's coming along?
