A typical workshop starts with Stephen giving you a quick introduction to his work and then everyone gets straight into the action using the array of props (toys) he brings in his amazing suitcases. In Stephens workshops everybody will achieve and explore their abilities to develop skills. There is never a dull moment and Stephen can captivate the imaginations of everybody in the room through his gentle and encouraging approach. Stephen has over 10 years experience teaching workshops in many different settings including at schools, community centres, at juggling conventions, birthday parties, corporate events and at gaeltacht college. Stephen has been training in Circus Arts, specialising in Juggling for over 9 years. Stephen has been performing and teaching juggling professionally since 2003. Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Enginering) degree from the National University of Ireland Galway. Stephen also earned a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Dublin in 2005. Stephen is a Board Member of the European Juggling Association and a member of the Board of Management of the Galway Community Circus. Stephen has performed and attended Circus Arts and Juggling workshops across Europe including Finland, France, the UK, Germany,the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Germany. Stephen has trained in the classical Russian Juggling Technique with Mr. Sergei Ignatov of Russia. Stephen is HSE certified for “Children First” child protection training. Stephen maintains up to date Garda Clearance certification. Both of these are available to clients on request.
