Found serenity in Galway's natural beauty! We spent 30 minutes in mindful meditation on Silverstrand Beach and amidst the trees of Barna Woods, near a holy well. The sound of waves and rustling leaves created a soothing melody, calming the mind and nourishing the soul.

Delighted to have been a part of the 'Handled with Care' project, unveiled yesterday at University Maternity Hospital Limerick!

This stunning installation, organized by , features 100 canvas panels painted by local artists, creating a beautiful mosaic that will bring joy to all who visit the hospital cafeteria.

Connecting with nature🌿 Shedding down all our discomforts and being one with mother earth.. Feeling thoughtless by being amidst wonderful trees, birds and streams who never thinks🏞 ..
