I had a lovely elegant family from Hong Kong today. The Hui Family who thoroughly enjoyed the Waterford Greenway, cycling to Durrow Tunnel and back to The Park Hotel Dungarvan taking in the The Railway Cottage and the playground at Walton Park.

They were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and amenities we have here in Dungarvan and Greenway.

They are staying in Ballymacarbry and they are exactly the type of Tourism we want.

As some of you may remember, I had an electric bike stolen and I'm delightful to say that na Gardaí at Dungarvan Garda Station recovered it and returned it to me.

Many thanks to the young Garda at Dungarvan Station, who is too humble to be named, for her professionalism and diligence in recovering the bike.

This evening at 7pm on RTE 1 TV, Réaltaí na Gaeltachta begins which is set in Ring College and features a lot of scenery and activities around the Dungarvan area

In this evenings episode, the group of five who have come to brush up on their Irish arrive to me at Durrow and I set them on their way to The Railway Cottage along The Waterford Greenway. Two on bikes, two on a tandem and one on a Trike.

STOLEN....my favourite bike, a Trek Verve Electric Bike has been taken on me in the early hours of yesterday morning. It is also the most expensive bike I have which would lead me to believe it was stolen to order.

If anyone is offered this bike for sale or you see it, please contact me on 086 8351233. It is very distinguished looking bike with its bright light blue colour so is very noticeable. If possible, please share.
