It was wonderful to welcome our incredible soloists - Lauren Murphy, Katie Rose Weir and Chi Chi Enyoazu, vocalists; Ruadhán Collier O’Brien, Uilleann piper; and Grahame Harris, Highland bagpiper. And with Greg Beardsell conducting, there was a very special magic in the room. ✨

Welcome back, CBOI! 🎶🎉🌟 What a fantastic start to our Summer Workshop! A huge welcome to all our members - returning and new - from across the island; and to our amazing tutors. 🎻✨
We're already working towards Peace Proms 2027 and can't wait to meet thousands of children and schools across Ireland and Northern Ireland. We're also counting down to our sold-out 30th Anniversary Concert at the National Concert Hall on Sep 6th, with every cent of the box office supporting children living in conflict zones around the world.🕊💙 Photos by Liam Dixon.

🌍🎶 We Believe - A very special World Cup video with music composed by Coláiste Chú Chulainn past pupil Ruben Nowak.

Original video footage was sent from all around the world, and Lauren Murphy, music teacher at Coláiste Chú Chulainn and lead vocalist with the CBOI, smashes the vocals. 🎤

✨Special thanks to Principal Thomas Sharkey for his extraordinary support of music and music education. He has provided a state of the art home for the CBOI at Coláiste Chú Chulainn, helps young musicians thrive and by creating opportunities that will have a lasting impact.
