We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of one of our artists, Patrick Sutton. Although we only knew each other briefly over the last year, he was always such a gentleman and with an amazing story.

His work at the Gaiety Theatre and Smock Alley will leave a long lasting legacy. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

IN HER IMAGE | DUBLIN

Sometimes a meeting in Basel Art Basel turns into an exhibition in Dublin. And this is exactly the kind of art-world magic we love. :)

This August, Rukh Art Hub Rukh Art Hub and Teal House Gallery@tealhousegallery come together for In Her Image, bringing seven artists into one space and one conversation.

The exhibition explores femininity as a living creative force, through strength and vulnerability, beauty and imperfection, intuition, memory, and the freedom to create and transform.

But In Her Image is also about something we deeply believe in: contemporary culture is created through dialogue. Artists bring their own histories, experiences and cultural backgrounds, but they don’t need to be divided by borders to be understood.

Different countries. Different artistic languages. One shared contemporary cultural landscape.

And yes, sometimes all it takes to start a new international collaboration is a conversation in Basel and someone saying, “We should do something together.” 😎

Well, we did.

So instead of waiting for the sunshine, why not create your own?

Some places never really leave us.

They’re not remembered in perfect detail, but through the glow of a streetlight, the shimmer of stars, reflections on water, or the feeling of standing somewhere that changed us.

This is the essence of Steve Bradbury’s Blurring Memory series.

Rather than painting a place exactly as it is, Steve paints it as we remember it—soft, luminous, emotional, and deeply personal. Every piece invites you to reconnect with your own memories and create new ones in the place you call home.

The right artwork gives the warmth, meaning, and a story.

Because that’s what art is for: to make a house feel like home.

Discover the collection online at tealhousegallery.com or experience it in person at
Teal House Gallery on 6 South Anne Street.
All works are available both online and in the gallery.

Some places never really leave us.

They’re not remembered in perfect detail, but through the glow of a streetlight, the shimmer of stars, reflections on water, or the feeling of standing somewhere that changed us. Our memories blur the edges and hold onto what mattered most.

This is the essence of Steve Bradbury’s memory through collections

Rather than painting a place exactly as it is, Steve paints it as we remember it—soft, luminous, emotional, and deeply personal. Each piece invites you to pause and reconnect with moments that have shaped your own story.

The right artwork doesn’t just fill an empty wall. It fills your home with memories, warmth, and a sense of belonging.

Because that’s what art is for—to make a house feel like home.

BELONGING
explores the beauty of identity and the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued. Through art, we come together to share stories, challenge perceptions, and celebrate what makes each of us unique.

We invite you to join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and creativity — a space where you can simply be yourself.

Explore the inner worlds and beauty through art with Liz Levey, Lia Laimbock

Flowers that never fade.

With every palette knife stroke, Dana Sorokina captures the light, movement, and delicate beauty of nature. Rich layers of oil paint create extraordinary texture, making each bloom feel almost alive—as if you could reach out and touch the petals or catch their fragrance in the air.

These paintings do more than decorate a wall. They fill a room with warmth, colour, and joy, becoming a daily reminder of nature’s beauty in every season.

Which one would brighten your home? 🌸
