We have all had those moments when we want to throw in the hat and say enough is enough. In those moments we can make impulsive decision through Fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of being in the light and been seen, fear of stepping forward, fear of the release of the old that has given us such comfort but we know we no longer want to hold onto it anymore.
When we step away from our thoughts and go into our hearts and take a breath from deep within we begin to feel lighter and the light seems that little bit closer, a simple exercise that we have the luxury to do naturally and take for granted. We breath. When we breath we are alive , we are functioning, we are in action, we are successful, we are enough we are one with nature, connecting with the elements within, our breath, the air we breath can re-center us, ground us, relive anxiety, offer us gratitude and appreciation for the amazing beings we are. if you can not get out into the fresh air for a walk, open your window open the door allow that energetic breeze to flow through your home, or maybe visualise yourself in that special place you like to visit that may reignite your appreciation and fill your heart with hope that you can take a breath and choose you.
