Performing at Farmleigh, Sunday 7th May, 12.00-4.00
Clown Chorus! Clown Chorus are Niamh Geran, Maura Maycock, Toni McNally, Niamh O’Shaughnessy, and Maureen Penrose, all proud residents of Dublin 15.
Clown Chorus tell stories, stories of real lives, stories of their community, in an enjoyable and light-hearted way. Their tools are a wonderful way with words, a penchant for a good visual and a well-known song or two. They are delighted to be making their performance debut at Farmleigh this Sunday, May 7th. Keep an eye out for them, to be fair it’ll be hard to miss them, you’ll hear them before you see them. It’s rumoured that they’ll appear at the witching hour of noon and will be around and about until four bells.
Hear about Maura’s midnight frolics in the corridors of Cappagh Hospital. Catch up with stories about Niamh Geran’s Nanny. Listen up as Maureen calls out because she has important things to say. For those who like presents then Niamh O is the one you want to catch. And if you hear a soulful voice rising above the treetops then that will be the one and only Toni McNally.
Clown Chorus, a blend of beautiful words and soulful song, taking up as much of your time as you are happy to give.
Clown Chorus, Farmleigh, This Sunday from 12 noon – 4 p.m.
