SLAYER celebrated 40 years of their landmark Reign In Blood album with a huge headline show at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Minnesota last night.

The band’s first live performance in a year delivered a career-spanning set before launching into Reign In Blood in full.

THE SETLIST HIGHLIGHTS?
‘Piece By Piece’ — first played since 2014.
‘Necrophobic’ — first played since 2014.
‘Altar Of Sacrifice’ — first played since 2015.
‘Jesus Saves’ — first played since 2019.
‘Criminally Insane’ — first played since 2014.
‘Epidemic’ — first played since 2014.

And then, naturally… ‘Postmortem’ → ‘Raining Blood’.

DEVIN TOWNSEND – METAMORPHOSIS | THE AMBASSADOR, DUBLIN

There aren't many artists who could turn a stage into something resembling their home studio and deliver an evening that was part concert, part career retrospective and part stream of consciousness.

Devin Townsend 'Metamorphosis' tour arrived at Dublin's Ambassador on Saturday night, offering an unusually intimate insight into the experiences, emotions and creative process behind one of metal's most singular artists.

Raw, unpredictable, funny and deeply personal, the evening moved between stories, song fragments and more complete performances, ultimately becoming a fascinating exploration of Townsend's relationship with music, creativity and self-worth.

IDLES brought serious energy to Dublin’s IMMA on Tuesday night as special guests to Deftones.

Joe Talbot commanded the stage, while Lee Kiernan and Mark Bowen kept the crowd engaged with plenty of movement and interaction. In front of a huge audience, IDLES delivered a set that was impossible to ignore.
