URGENT casting - BOY...
Ali Coffey Casting is looking for a boy aged 9-11 for a commercial casting TODAY - Monday PM.
The child must be totally okay with getting into the sea, in Ireland in October - he will be well looked after and minded but it will be cold.
Any pier divers? Would love to hear from you.

Auditions for male chorus members (age 5-18) and the lead role of Santa (age 18+) will take place this Sunday 28th, in ThunderStruck Gym, Santry from 12pm for a Christmas production in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.

About the show:

"Believe in the Magic of Christmas" tells the story of one little girl's quest for Christmas and the magic she encounters along the way. With the help of an elf-in-training she embarks on an adventure to the North Pole to rediscover the joy of Christmas! A show for all ages, "Believe..." promises to be a brilliant night of entertainment that will have you laughing, crying and shouting in animated panto fashion as you join our two heroes on their journey.

All proceeds will be donated to the Irish Cancer Society.


Audition Details:

Auditions take place this Sunday 28th from 12pm in ThunderStruck Gym, Santry.

Auditions are open to male actors, singers and dancers aged 5+.

We are looking for performers for both chorus and the principal role of Santa - there's a part for everyone who auditions.

Santa:

Santa is a kind, older, somewhat forgetful character. Mrs Claus is the brains behind the operations. We are preferably looking for someone aged 18+ to play this role as we would prefer a more mature Santa. Singing and dancing are optional for this role, though any applicants with such experience should prepare a song in the style of Elvis.

Audition Material:

All auditionees must prepare a Christmas song of their choice and a short monologue or poem.

Any singers auditioning for the role of Santa should prepare an Elvis song of their choice.


On The Day:

Chorus members will need to fill out a registration form which must be signed by a parent or guardian.

A small fee of €10 will be payable on the day, which will be deducted from the costume fee.
