Doodle Box Art and pottery classes for kids in Tallaght, Clondalkin & Maynooth. Our classes and summer camps are great fun. All ages and abilities catered for.

Doodle Box Saturday art classes in Rua Red are from 11am to 12pm, 12.15pm to 1.15pm for children aged 5-8 years old,1.45pm - 3pm for children aged 9 - 12 years old. Thursday classes are from 3.30pm - 4.30pm for 5 - 8 years old, 5-6.15pm for children 9 to 12 years old. Classes in the Community Space in Maynooth are on Fridays. 2.15pm-3.15pm for Junior and Senior Infants, 3.15pm-4.15pm for 1st, 2nd

& 3rd classes, 4.15pm-5.15pm for 4th, 5th & 6th classes. Classes in North Bay ETNS are for students of the school and are held on Wednesdays, after school. There is a diverse variety of themes, materials and techniques explored. We encourage the children to develop their own self expression through exploration with media in two and three dimensions. Each term, every child gets to make a pottery piece, fired to earthenware temperatures.

I'm delighted to announce that "Planet Doodle-Class of 2026", the Doodle Box annual exhibition is open in the cafe space in
Huge shout out to the always supportive staff, and the fantastic Hugh McCarthy, for whom no challenge installing our exhibitions is ever too great.
It'll be hanging for the entire month of May, do come along to see the incredible creativity on display, and to celebrate the young artists in your world.

In anticipation of National Drawing Day on Saturday 16th of May, we are enjoying lots of fun drawing games this week. I love to hear laughter from the children, especially when they realise that drawings don't have to be 'perfect'.
