and just a few short months ago has only gone and won the Tiernan McBride award for Best Short Drama at the 36th Galway Film Fleadh!

Huge thanks to and the jury.

We are so so proud, particularly considering the calibre of the other films in the festival. We had so many talented collaborators on this project. Almost too many to list but sure here's a list.

Way back in the times before Covid-19 (January) we made this film with our heroes for their show Faultline.
We hadn't seen the show beforehand, we just arrived, had a quick look at the movement and started shooting. That immediate and improvised way of filming is one of our favourite (although stressful) ways of making things, and is all the better when working with people as talented as this cast.
We were blown away by the show, and we think our video came together nicely too.

Set in 1982, Faultline saw audiences encounter the people and places at the heart of the LGBTQ+ movement in Ireland; acknowledging their resistance, illuminating their tenacity and celebrating their vision for the future. Let’s acknowledge the value of this story and the place it has in our lives today.
