🌟 New Choreo Tutorial 🌟 Here's a sped-up sneak peek at a slinky old school choreography to Just Mustard, suitable for polers at intermediate level and above, that you can learn from our website where we have over 400 tutorials and counting!

These lessons are designed to compliment what you are learning in your regular weekly classes. Especially if you bought a pole to use at home during the lockdowns, these lessons will give you the focus and structure to train more effectively between classes!

If you're someone who enjoys online lessons, you like detailed and clear instructions, and you want to improve your flow and mastery of dancing in heels, this is for you!

You will learn how to move slowly with intention and purpose, take up space, master your transitions. As well as thorough breakdowns on the essentials: such as understanding which muscles to engage and how to dance in your heels effectively and safely.

🌟 The Art of Body Waves: In-Person Masterclass with Saturday November 12th, 2pm - 3:30pm 🌟

A lot of you have asked Arlene to run this workshop in person at the studio, so here you go!

Arlene has been running this workshop online as well as spending a lot of time in 1-1's with students with these revised Body Wave techniques. We're seeing great results and folks achieving body waves that move like melting butter. 🤘

This is a one-off in-person masterclass with Arlene dedicated to resolving common stumbling blocks and sticky points when it comes to Body Waves, as well as celebrating them in all their glory!

Limited to 10 places only: There will be a strong focus on individual feedback in this masterclass and understanding what you can do to maximize your current body waves.

This class is for you if you want to level up your Body Waves and achieve flow and softness to your pole dancing. The aim is to help you to improve your range of motion so that you can take up more space and improve your lines when dancing.

Arlene will share tips from her 16+ years of dedication to body waves and the Old School style. Her goal is to help you in understanding what the entire body is doing when you execute a body wave. It has little to do with being naturally flexible and is all about technique.

Suitable for ALL levels; You're never too good to improve upon your body waves. 🤟

Holiday Hours: We are open during the next week to continue to offer amazing pole dance classes for those of you who don't want to miss out on training. 💚

We will have a reduced schedule of classes during the Holiday week with a limited number of spaces in each class. You can grab your spot using our 'Book Online' page on our site. 👉🔗

All of our normal classes will resume from January 2nd, including our 'Introduction to Pole Dance' courses for first-timers. Most of these course spots have already been snapped up, however we still have a small number of spaces left! You will find all the information about these courses on our website too! 👉🔗
