Hygiene is a top priority for face painting so we make sure to use a new sponge on each child. We also use a Brush Bath, which is a water sanitizer, brush cleaner and make up remover all in one. Its 100% organic, safe for the face and body and keeps the brushes and sponges clean while we paint. All brushes and sponges and paints are washed and disinfected after use. We never paint over skin conditions such as eczema or cuts and bruises. We ask that each child’s face is cleaned before we apply the paint. If your child has sensitive skin it is best to avoid face painting on the face, in these cases we usually paint on the arm or hand. Also if you know you have an allergies then it is best to let us know or check the products ingredients which we can pass on to you. Cleaning
The best way to clean your child’s face is with soap and water or if they are sensitive to soap then uses a hypo allergic cleanser and damp face cloth. Some colours may linger such as green and blue but they will disappear and skin will return to normal.
