Join renowned meat expert Nick Solares for a guided tasting built around four striploin steaks from Hannan Meats, each aged for a different length of time — from younger cuts right through to deep, funky ultra-aged beef — showcasing how time completely changes flavour, texture, and character.
Alongside the steaks, whiskey expert Matthew Smyth will pour a lineup of Jameson whiskeys ranging from rare Midleton Vault selections to cult favourites, all chosen to match the big flavours coming off the grill.
