After 9 sold-out shows, 46 sax solos, 79 dance sequences and an incalculable amount of fish-on-sticks, we have come to the end of FIERCE NOTIONS at Dublin Fringe Festival 2017, and what an absolute whirlwind!
Thank you all for making our run so unbelievably special! And of course, thank you to the beautiful folk of Smock Alley Theatre for making us feel right at home, and the glorious beings at Fringe for making this all possible and giving us a platform to bring our most ambitious show yet.
We were honoured to be nominated for awards in three categories (Best New Writing, Spirit of Wit, Best Ensemble) and to receive the JUDGES CHOICE AWARD. Shtop the lights!!
Thank you to our incredible cast and team of 19 Hibernians who jumped on board, (against better judgement), as part of the Ill-Advised Family and made this show what it was!
And finally, congrats to all of the amazing shows this year who kept us inspired. We are still picking our jaws up off the floor having witnessed the immense talent and skill this fair city has to offer. We will leave you with these images of the gang in action taken by the wonderful Futoshi Sakauchi. G’night Fringe, you gorgeous beasts! See y'all soon! ❤️🐟
