Trad Nua is a born and bred, fully Independent Irish record Label. The music we love comes from ‘Trad’ ,an Irish way of saying traditional- only punchier. It’s a style of Irish music that’s pure , rooted in tradition, one that has always held a unique place in world music. The word ‘Nua ‘ is the Irish Language word for new: that is something we fully embrace. At Trad Nua, our aim is to bring a fresh generation of musicians and their music to the fore. We want to share their fresh sounds, explore new media formats while always respecting that the music at the centre has been gifted to us from the past.

I’ve some exciting news!
As many of you know, I’ve been hinting at taking a step back this year. That’s because I’m focusing more of my time on writing and recording original music, something I’m incredibly excited about.

I’m also delighted to share that I’m now working with 10 Central Group as I begin this next chapter.

The last few years have been an amazing journey, and I want to thank everyone who has supported me, attended shows, followed my music, and been part of the story so far.

There’s lots to come, and I’ll be keeping you all updated along the way.
