‘The Best Place For Love’ - Change in Cast

The role of ‘Anna’ is now being performed by Janine Hardy. Fire and Ice Theatre are delighted to welcome Janine on board. She has made a powerful addition to our fantastic cast.

Janine’s theatre performances include the role of ‘Charlotte’ in Some Yanks Theatre Company’s hugely entertaining production of ‘Beyond Therapy’. After working for many years in the TV and Film industry, Janine began acting in Dublin in 2010. She has previously performed at The New Theatre in Agatha Christie’s ‘Mousetrap’, and also in Rick Abbot’s ‘Play On’.

Janine directed Bernard Farrell’s ‘I do not like thee Dr. Fell’ for Curtaincall Productions in 2012 and was then cast by them in Ray Mooney’s ‘Funny Money’ at the Players Theatre. She appeared last year as ‘Hester Solomon’ in ‘Equus’ with Fruitfly Productions.
Her screen credits include roles in BBC Television’s: ‘Life of Crime’, ‘Ripper Street’ and ‘Quirke’. Janine has been cast in a recurring role in a brand new Comedy Web Series called ‘Telefis-Telering’.

Her training has included Stanislavski with Joe Devlin at Dublin’s Focus Theatre and voice work with The Roy Hart International Voice Centre. This year Janine completed a full-time course in Meisner Technique with Robbie Byrne and Liza Michael at Momentum Acting Studio Dublin and she has worked with Andy Hinds on Shakespeare.
