The course is designed for students aged 12-15 who have a passionate interest in performing and would like to have an early start in acting training.

Participants will get a taste of the environment of a theatre academy and hone their skills under the supervision of core Lir Academy tutors.

This week-long in-person course is ideal for any student looking to improve their screenwriting skills, focusing on the various forms, ideas and craft of screenwriting.

Students are encouraged to think critically about screenplay writing through exercises and discussion in order to get an understanding of creating visual, cinematic pieces of work.

Starting on September 22nd, this six-month-long course is specifically designed for emerging actors - the course applies acting technique taught in a collaborative creative environment, including workshops and masterclasses with leading industry professionals.

The course includes theatre trips to The Abbey and The Gate theatre and culminates in an ensemble sharing of work in The Lir Academy for family and friends.✨
