We have Tiffany Rose Mockler coming back to our Dublin studio this November 15th!
Tiffany Rose Mockler is an international pole performer, instructor and judge. Tiffany teaches at pole dance studios all over the world, in addition to her work as an Online Instructor for “Cleo’s Rock n’ Pole.” She is a global performer and has been a featured artist at the Pl***oy Mansion, the LA Staples Center, San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral. She has appeared on television shows and music videos and has starred in a documentary Pole Dance. Her love and knowledge of the human body and nutrition is where her highest passion lies. Tiffany Rose is a master certified personal trainer with a specialty in Corrective Exercise. She holds certifications from both the American Council of Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She promotes the empowerment of women through plant-based diets, sport, dance and Rock n’ Roll!

15:20: Sexy Spikes: Heels Tricks - 90 mins - €65
Get ready to take your pole dance game up a notch with this strong, sexy workshop. Dancers will learn on
the floor and lower-third tricks as well as kips and crowd pleasing, on the pole moves. Bring your heels, your knee pads and your bad-ass attitude.
Suitable for: Improvers and up with heels experience
16:50: Rock the Pole: Heels Choreography - 90 mins - €65
This improver+ workshop is a sexy, heart-pumping exploration of rock n’ roll music video-style, pole dance. Students will learn to move with conviction and “It Factor” style. This low-flow pole choreography will have you feeling like a vicious vixen. We will work on spins, transitions, and contemporary pole moves. Connecting with the audience and drawing some serious attention is the objective. You will leave sweaty and satisfied!
Suitable for: Improvers and up. Experience of dancing in pole heels required. Pole sit and basic spins required.
