What makes billionaire authors constantly gripe about imaginary conspiracies against them and all womankind? What makes former sitcom writers and now extremely divorced twitter addicts reflexively abuse anybody who doesn’t agree with them? What makes politicians and public figures rant scornfully about biology and turn the airwaves into a repetitively surreal discussion of cervixes and large gametes and the minutia of genitalia in an effort to desperately distract from austerity, war, homelessness or inequality? Answers to all these questions and more can be found in “GC…AF!” a satirical skewering of the Gender Critical movement, as part of the Dublin Gay Theatre Festival, May 6th-11th, in The Teacher’s Club Main Hall, 36 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1.
