Oh Australia…! How far but how beautiful you are!

I had an absolute blast mixing TesseracT on this one, as usual! Big shows, big production, and everything went smoother than I could have hoped for, thanks to the Tessie Crew Matt Ben Inskip Sheree Blake Phil Knight Jo 🙏

Also very grateful for Car Bomb ‘s trust in my abilities to mix their crazy music! These guys are not only amazing musicians but also some of the sweetest human beings, so easy going that they (and Matt / Brisbane Drums ) made my double-duty for this tour feel like a breeze!

Big thanks to Karnivool , them and their crew are all lovely people and amazing at their craft!
Awesome to find Victor Jacobs at monitors for them and to share FOH with Luke Willott and Sam Jarousek 🫶

Thanks to AUDIX for helping me get Tesseract and Car Bomb to sound as good as they deserve to, and to Benchmark Live Ltd for an amazing audio package, once again! 🙏

DEVIN TOWNSEND’S THE MOTH IS OUT!!!
Huge milestone for me to be co-mixing this one with Devin… It’s been a massive undertaking, a whole lot of new skills learned, and of course a great honor to not only be involved with a project of this scale but mainly to work with a plethora of insanely talented humans.
Being surrounded by people who all have nothing less to bring than an absolute A-game is incredibly inspiring and rewarding, so a million thanks go to a whole gang of legends, and to the boss himself, thank you Devin for having me. *chef’s kiss* 👌

Now I’d really love it if you wanna check it out, and I’d highly recommend a pair of nice-sounding headphones or a good sound system!
And I know at a time when 10-seconds-tik-tok-AI-music is the trend, it’s hard to even think of sitting down for an hour to listen to something hundreds of people poured their heart into, but please try! I truly believe it’s worth it!

Great times and big shows, amazing crowds (I’d believe almost all shows sold out!), fantastic vibes with Health’s crew (with a special mention to my brother and fellow Tim Bickford / , was good to finally share a FOH booth!).
High five to for being kind and easy going.
And as always much love to for helping me get the bands I work with to sound as good as I can!
