Sorry about being so quiet in the last few weeks, I was enjoying the nice weather in Dublin 😅 Because it’s also healthy to take a break for yourself, just like Simone Biles did in the Olympics.🤸🏾‍♀️ I’m so proud of her!! Recognising that her mind and body aren’t connected, facing the fact that she needs to be mentally healthy to perform better, and being so open about it is absolutely admirable!! 💕✨ It isn’t easy to show your weaknesses in a world in which you aren’t “allowed” to feel bad. It’s about time to normalise that not being OK is totally OK!! 💪🏻
