Almost a week since our lovely summer concert and we are still reliving the memories. Here’s a little reminder of the evening, with thanks to our guests Pembroke and District Male Voice Choir and Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre

A stunning piece of music for another stunning day 🌞 the Benedictus from The Armed Man by Welsh composer Karl Jenkins. It was dedicated to the Kosovo war victims in 1999, at the end of a war torn century, in the hope of a future with more peace and fewer wars. We can but hope! Enjoy 🎼🎶

More summer concert spam 🤣 But sure why not! Here we have a real favourite of ours, the folk song Shenandoah, which supposedly means “Beautiful Daughter of the Stars.” As that legend goes, Shenandoah was once a great lake in the mountains of Virginia. Enjoy!

We were honoured and delighted to be joined at our summer concert by the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre choir. Only three years in existence, under Musical Director Niamh McGuirk, they are an amazing group of singers and performers who give every song their absolute all. Here is a medley of the music they performed, adding so much to our programme. All the proceeds of our concert are going to the Gary Kelly Centre, which does great work supporting those with cancer and their families with a huge range of holistic services .

Our beautiful soloist Rebecca Reilly stole the show at the Tredagh Singers summer concert with her incredibly moving performance of the Edith Piaf classic, La Vie En Rose. Continued success with your musical career Rebecca 🎼🎶

Another clip from our fabulous summer concert. Speed Your Journey from Verdi’s Nabucco, an expression of solidarity for oppressed peoples with the shared experience of loss of land, rights and captivity. Huge thanks to our Musical Director Geraldine Doggett for keeping us on our toes, Joanne Kierans for keyboard, the members of the orchestra for lifting our game immeasurably, and to our guest choirs who added so much to our programme.
