On August 12, the Moon will pass in front of the Sun, casting Ireland into an extraordinary moment of darkness.

Just days after Lúnasa, the beginning of the harvest season & the turning towards the darker half of the year, the skies give us a powerful reminder of the ancient rhythm between light & dark.

From the changing seasons & ancient Celtic traditions, to myths, legends & stories brought to life through light, LÚ celebrates our enduring connection to the skies above us & the stories that live beneath them.

The light disappears.
The darkness arrives.
& then, the light returns.
