Milk + Honey - Performance από τον Andrew Duggan

Θεραπεία. Διαβίωση. Μέλλον. Ό,τι ακριβώς αναζητούσαν οι άνθρωποι στα Λαζαρέτα στο παρελθόν και ό,τι επίσης ακριβώς επιζητούμε και εμείς για τον χώρο αυτό σήμερα μέσα από το νέο μας project “Reviving Lazaretta?”. Ζητάμε φροντίδα και θεραπεία.

Μα για να θεραπεύσεις κάτι, πρέπει πρώτα τα εισχωρήσεις βαθιά μέσα του. Κι αυτό κάνει ο Ιρλανδός καλλιτέχνης Andrew Duggan: περπάτησε ανάμεσα στα ερείπια των Λαζαρέτων και δημιούργησε μια μοναδική performance κάθαρσης, με τίτλο “milk+honey”, στον χώρο των Λαζαρέτων Σύρου, με τη συμμετοχή κατοίκων του νησιού και την υποστήριξη του Culture Ireland.

Milk + Honey - Performance by Andrew Duggan

Treatment. Living. Future. Exactly what people in Lazaretta were looking for in the past and exactly what we are looking for in this area today through our new project "Reviving Lazaretta?". We ask for care and healing.

But in order to heal something, you must first go deep into it. And this is what the Irish artist Andrew Duggan did: he walked among the ruins of Lazaretto and created a unique cathartic performance, entitled "milk + honey", at Lazareta, with the participation of residents of the island and the support of Culture Ireland.
