As I'm still working out the kinks of making my own tutorials I thought I'd share a video I used to learn off.

Its not as such a tutorial but an introduction to a series of moves that are essential for hoop dance and are nice and fun to work on.
Names are provided so you can look up tutorials for yourself :)
