On June 21st, over 100 musicians of all ages took over Cork's Elizabeth Fort for BOLD as BRASS Cork!! Take a look at these fab photos taken by Clare Keogh and see if you can spot yourself!

Presented by Music Generation Cork City in partnership with the Arts Council and Cork Midsummer Festival, BOLD as BRASS Cork was an exciting large scale promenade performance led by composer and conductor Jason Yarde!

BOLD as BRASS Cork was funded under the Music Generation/Arts Council partnership programme, and supported by Cork City Council, Cork Midsummer Festival, CIT Cork School of Music.

BOLD as BRASS was originally commissioned by Serious for premiere at the EFG London Jazz Festival in November 2013.

Here are some amazing photos taken by Finbarr Barry from yesterday's electrifying performances of Bold as Brass by 101 of Corks finest musicians. Words can't describe the overwhelming feelings of pride that radiated from every musician yesterday as they performed this hugely energetic piece of music led by composer and saxophonist. Thank you to all the performers and Corkionians that came to the performances. Huge thank you to all the supporters that made this hugely worthwhile project happen.
