There was a time when I thought I had to earn the right
to feel comfortable in my body.

To be quieter.
Less visible.
Less expressed.

That was part of my journey.
The unlearning.
The remembering.

What you see now isn’t a breakthrough moment.
It’s a way of being I’ve grown into.

Being fully here, in my body, as I am.

And it’s available to anyone willing
to stop hiding from themselves.

The Heels Workshop is happening on Saturday 27th from 1-2pm.
A 60-minute pole flow workshop designed to help you master key transitions and connect pole with floor work, so you can create fluid combos and begin choreographing your own unique flow. Perfect for all levels, whether you’re brand new to flow or looking to refine your movement. Ideally you have already been to a few pole classes. Heels are not mandatory. The workshop can be done in socks.

You’re probably aware of everything that is happening im Gaza atm. 💔 Because of the occupation, not enough aid is allowed in and whatever they have left from food is very expensive. They are surviving on 1 meal a day if they are the lucky. 💔
I have done all the checks to make sure everything is legit. They are open for video calls and everything else to prove they are legit.
