Studio Wolfe Performing Arts is Cork's premier school for dance, drama and singing — a loving space where every child can grow. Founded in 2003 by sister and brother Careen and Declan Wolfe, our award-winning school welcomes students aged 3–18 across three locations: Douglas, Donnybrook and Blarney. We teach Drama, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acro Dance, Musical Theatre and Singing — led

by a small team of full-time IDTA, RAD, ISTD and LAMDA-qualified teachers who know every student by name.

Freaky Friday 22 May - our final Freaky Friday of the year ! A jam packed session with our teen drama students ! Congratulations to everyone who performed and thanks to all those who came to support 🎭

🎤 Due to popular demand, Carrie is delighted to offer an additional 4-week block of One-to-One Singing Lessons during late May and June for students who would like to continue before the summer break! 🎶

These lessons are a fantastic opportunity for both existing and new students to develop their vocal skills in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.

📅 Lessons will take place on Wednesdays on the following dates:
• Wednesday 27th May
• Wednesday 3rd June
• Wednesday 10th June
• Wednesday 17th June

💶 Cost for the full 4-week block: €100

Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve vocal technique, prepare for performances, or simply enjoy singing, these tailored one-to-one lessons are suitable for all levels and abilities.

We’ve had a brilliant response to the singing programme this past year and would love to welcome some new students for this next block.

If you would like to take part in the June lessons, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise schedules and timings.

Just an average day at Studio Wolfe 😂 our wonderful dance and drama teacher Miss Laura is getting married in one month so we decided to host a studio wedding this afternoon (whilst her lovely children were at their dance classes ). We provided the stunning dress, veil, bouquet, wedding chapel, celebrant (Declan Wolfe) , groom and congregation. We think weddings could be a new venture for us ……interested in having us host yours? What an incredible opening performance for our talented Musical Theatre students in Seussical!
This afternoon marked the first of four sold out performances, and what a performance it was. From the very first note to the final curtain call, our students were simply outstanding. Their vocals were exceptional, every scene bursting with energy, heart and creativity — each moment somehow even better than the last. We could not be prouder of them.

A huge thank you and congratulations also to our wonderful creative team, Carrie & Fionn, whose vision, passion and support helped bring this magical production to life.

Annual Singing Showcase — This Sunday!

It's our favourite time of year, and honestly? We're buzzing for it.

This Sunday 10th May, our incredible singers take to the stage for our Annual Singing Showcase — and this isn't your typical recital. Picture a real gig: a live band, the lights, the energy, the nerves, the goosebumps. A proper concert experience built around our young performers.

And here's what makes it extraordinary — many of these singers are stepping up to the mic solo for the very first time. Just them, the band, and a room full of people. The courage it takes for a young child to stand up there and sing their heart out in front of a crowd...That is no small thing. That is everything!

Carrie has watched these kids grow week after week — finding their voice, finding their confidence, finding themselves. And on Sunday, you get to watch it happen too. Parents, get the tissues ready. Grandparents, bring the loudest cheers.

There will be two performances on the day — please check the Studio Wolfe app for your child's rehearsal and performance schedule.

Admission is completely free, and we warmly welcome all family and friends to come along, cheer loudly, and share in the magic. Whether it's their very first time on stage or their final performance with us, every voice deserves an audience full of love.

This is going to be special. We can't wait to see you there.
